Customer plans are available tailored to your corporate needs.

Essential PC Plan

For startups and small businesses with a qualifying network:

  • Includes agent on each workstation covered

  • Includes remote access for quick issue resolutions

  • Professional managed antivirus included

  • Automated preventative maintenance items

  • OS path management critical updates only

  • Event monitoring from windows logs

  • Quarterly reporting of system health and asset reports for accounting purposes

  • Access to online ticketing portal

  • Alerts for predicted failures

  • Preferred priority level emergency response normal business hours

Professional Help Desk

For growing business, qualifying network minimum of 5 users/PC’s:

  • Includes all items in Essential Plan

  • Professional managed antivirus included w/virus cleanup

  • OS patch management critical and security updates

  • Monthly reporting of system health and asset reports for accounting purposes quarterly consultation meeting with MetroTech lead technician/account manager

  • Non-Microsoft patching of software included Ex: Java, Adobe Reader, etc.

  • Unlimited non-emergency remote help desk support included during MetroTech’s business hours

  • Software license management

Worry Free Support

For accelerating business, qualifying network, minimum of 10 users/PC’s:

  • Includes all items in Professional Plan

  • Vendor liaison

  • Planned and critical weekend support as needed

  • Weekly reporting of system.  Asset report for accounting purposes, quarterly consultation meeting with MetroTech lead technician/account manager

  • Includes Professional Helpdesk plan

  • Discount on project work including emergency, after hours and holiday work

  • Highest priority over all other package levels

  • Local printer support included, excluding hardware
