IT Field Technician

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving ability for the position of IT Field Technician. The duties of an IT Field Technician include being a reference point for all IT related queries at the client level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, being on-site at client’s place of business to answer service calls and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.

MetroTech IT Field Technicians are expected to display excellent customer service skills as they will interact with clients from various industries and executive levels. They are required to listen to the technical needs of the client, understand their problems, and implement solutions to them.

Like many of our Managed IT Jobs, this is an MSP environment. You will be servicing clients as a help desk professional and onsite field technician. Approximately 50% of your time will be outside the office servicing clients. You will have the opportunity to experience a different challenge every day.
